Safir Homs hotel was opened in march 1992 in a big celebration and was sponsored by Syrian ministry of tourism and it was unduotly big evince in homs city which lacked such of this excellent hotels , Our office have made a study of the project according to  schedule was made on agreement with Syrian Arabic company for hotels and tourism , and the contract was signed with the company in date of 5/15/1982 , the study was audited by the office of companion Eng.khalil Alfra
