Vinalene is a fine-grained vinyl, free from bubbles, with a low rate specific gravity of 0.693. This light gravity highly favors the physical retention factors adhesion and cohesion, and by consequence also the stability of the prosthesis. There is excellent high impact strength: knoop hardness 22.
Vinalene is anti-allergic and clinically unbreakable under normal use. The prosthetic basis has a harder surface and permits only a negligible percentage of water absorption. A guarantee for strength and hygiene, stability and size-fidelity.Vinalene can be polymerized in a slow as well as on a normal way, in a water bath.
