Macaa for Trading and Contracts Company was founded in late 2006 in the midst of real estate revolution, and the jam of real estate and investment in Syrian Arab Republic. The company is a group of partners which are Arabs, Syrians and Saudis nationality with long experience in the field of investment and real estate development especially in the Arab Gulf and all the Arab countries in general.

The company tries by attracting Arab businessmen to participate in the revival of real estate and tourism that are taking place in Syrian Arab Republic with all its categories: residential, tourist and commercial by the help of the facilities and new laws that was legitimized by the Syrian government during the process of development and modernization that is led by President Dr. Bashar Al-Assad through offering projects to suburban residential and tourism projects and resorts across the country.
