health and healing world

We need a movement as we need food and drink, but how to proceed? if we had food less than our body needs, we hurt it, and so that when we neglect moving our bodies.

If we don’t exercise we get sick, and if we exercise in wrong way we hurt our body , Then what is the ideal system which teach us the natural effort that we must make? And what is the appropriate amount of rest, food and sleep, which provides us with health and wellness? The answer is NTD health system, after long years of careful scientific research which involving exercise, food, sleep and psychological state of athletes, it reached unprecedented discoveries in terms of the science of muscles and joints for men and women.

I brought together the results of my research in what I call NTD System. NTD is an abbreviation of the phrase NO TO DRUGS.

My NTD system has own diploma from government that qualifies people to open sport centers.

These scientific discoveries led to create a real separation between sport in past and sport after inventing NTD System, because NTD system declared and accurately specified the following points:
  • Safety exercise roles:which enables the athlete strengthening muscle or burning fat that surrounds muscle , without applying pressure on joint or vertebra that link with this muscle , so "Safety exercise angle" avoids joint or vertebra of damage , even it heals and strengthens them ,
  • Because moving muscle that links with joint , pushes huge quantity of blood that carry food and oxygen to gather at the joint region , so joint will have feeding and will be stronger in fighting inflammations . we conclude that : when we have a joint has inflammation , we should not give it complete rest , but we should move it in "Safety exercise angle" , and should let muscle carry heavy weights gradually, as exactly as who exercise bodybuilding , because although he has an ill joint but when he exercises with "Safety exercise angle" he can, even he should, carry normal weights gradually to heavy weights, because heavy weights can gather huge quantity of blood at joint, so "Safety exercise angle" heals patients , at the same time lets normal athlete who has no pains to gain the biggest muscle without side effects , even his training with "Safety exercise angle" gives him the most strong ,big , and pretty body.

  • The weight for which a player must be adequately trained on his/her first day of body building or slimming : for slimming there is certain weight that is the only for burning fat quickly and effectively , it differs from player to another , this weight is calculated by certain formula , because certain weight is effective to burn fat for this player , and another weight is suitable to let his muscle grow.
  • right amount of increment which will be added to the weight that player plays with on a regular basis.
  • Number of contractions which muscle must do in each exercise : because each muscle should do certain number of contractions to grow , so if muscle does less , it will not grow , at the same time if muscle does more ,it will be overweighed , then will not grow also , besides the same muscle of the same person must do different number of contractions according player's aim.
  • Duration that muscle should rest after doing each extension : most of muscles needs to rest after each extension for period before they do the following extension, where this period differs from muscle to another , while there are muscles should not rest after extension , because each muscle has its own characteristics.
  • Duration that muscle should take for each extension : muscle needs certain time to achieve extension , if muscle achieves extension in a speed that is faster than the certain time , the weight will fall down without enough resistance because of gravity , so when muscle doesn't resist enough , it will not grow , on the other hand , if muscle achieves extension in a speed that is slower than the certain time , muscle will be overweighed because it resisted weight falling more than the certain time, so muscle will not gain the complete growth.
  • Number of times that we should do the same exercise to the same muscle in the same day.
  • 8. Maximum rest that we should give the muscle : like number of days that we should not exercise on after the day of exercise, number of days that we should exercise with 60% of weight , number of days that we should exercise with 25% of weight , and the rest among exercises on one day.
  • Each muscle has its own identity : where muscles differ in number of contractions needed for growth, and differ in duration needed to keep muscle static after each extension.
  • How players can help each others.
  • When the player change his exercise program and why.
  • The food that mostly help growing muscles and that mostly help to get ride of fat around the muscle.
  • Ideal amount of sleep.

Muscles that surround joints and vertebras, when they become as big and strong as enough, so they :

  • Carry weight of body worthily, instead of joints and vertebras, so whatever man is old he doesn't feel his weight.
  • Return the distance that separates between vertebras to its normal case, so cartilages between vertebras return to their right place, then pains of (disc, Beaks, Scoliosis) disappear entirely.
  • Push joint that is not cohesive to be cohesive, by strengthening Bony unions that attach its parts, and by strengthening Muscle tendons that attach muscle to joint.
  • Give player charming beauty of his/her body when he/she exercises all his/her muscles paying attention to fitness, because sport NTD system controls precisely each centimeter of muscle in order to make it bigger or to make it thinner (by strengthening muscle or burning fat around it), and this leads to :
    1. Man gains big muscles faster than any other sport system , and he chooses exactly muscle size, without using drugs or hormones.
    2. B. Woman gains perfect fitness , where she can for example : make her chest big, at the same time can make her waist thin, and tell the same for each centimeter in her body, so she doesn't need beautification surgery at all.
Some features of NTD Exercise system:
  1. warming up before exercising is not by aerobics but by light weights, gradually to heavy.
  2. Because NTD system uses precision in exercising the muscle, so that it uses weights and equipments, because they are the only way to decide how much effort you must do today, and any other sport that lacks of this level of precision may give unexpected results, for example:
    • Running can be useful for heart, at the same time can be harmful for knees.
    • Martial arts or fighting sports like : karate, judo, ….etc contain useful information about how you hit your enemy, but exercises they do for strengthening muscles are useful sometimes and harmful mostly, and most of them have damages in their bodies.
The solution is taking NTD system as basis for any other sport to:
  • help players to achieve unregistered records in their sport.
  • reduce side effects of other sports.

In brief :

NTD health system : is a real revolution in treatment, beauty, bodybuilding, because :

Bodybuilding : new concepts in sport world led to faster results without damages.

Beauty :woman became able to choose the most accurate details in her body.

Treatment :ill man/woman who has damages in her/his back(disc, beaks, Scoliosis,..)can be stronger than normal person and forget pains forever.

Polio : for person who can't move his muscles except 15% , today he can improve muscles gradually till 100% complete movement.

Balance : because of precision of NTD in defining what effort must every one do, on the other hand, its definition of what rest must be done, so result is balanced growth of child, balanced sexual life for man, and balanced psychological life.
