Today more than any times before Arabic Countries are going to devour one another, and to vanish their creative activities intellectually and creatively, from this point the subjects of censorship, the barring, and the ignoring became a real argument issue between the author and the publisher from one side, and the publishing authorities in the Arabic Countries from other side, because the latter became as the closed shops on their selves never been manage by an intellectual or merchant, but an office on the same culture.

Dar Attakwin tried from its beginning at 2001 to establish a sensible intellectual trend which believes in unbounded field of differences and to put this culture between the religious and the secular trends. From here the Dar seeks to observe the creativity in the body of the Arabic and especially the Syrian culture, and show it and it still participate in create a sense in the newly reading, and to be and intellectual movement which moves outside all the counting, and outside of any  reference or sect whatever it was, till now the Dar is trying to be a special intellectual sector which believes in difference and not in disagreement, now the Dar believes that the Arabic culture need nerves which give it new shocking.

So the Dar believed in the importance of the sensible intellectual work under the existence of secular groups and religious groups, as the Arabic world is dominated by two questions:
